April Favourites.

So this is something that I've never done and it really is so popular in beauty blogosphere. These are my favourites for the month of April....

There are 4 categories this Month.

First up....Make up.

So this month there has been an oldie and a newbie. But together they're mind blowing. Who would have thought that two things could change my makeup routine altogether. So the newbie being L'Oreal Paris Lumi Magique in Medium. This has been the 'game changer' giving my somewhat blue and dark under eye circles some glowing light without looking cakey or a disco ball this definitely sits right in the middle...the good middle.
The second being the oldie Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in Transparent. This is something that I used all the time and lets just say that if there is any photographic evidence of this being used I can probably guarantee that there will be quite a lot of cakey action. But this used just under the eyes after using the Lumi Magique is a lot more acceptable...No cake to be seen.

Next....Hair.

Again another duo that have changed the hair game the last month or two. The first being the Wet Brush. I've always been quite lazy when it comes to my hair especially after washing it, although being a hairdressers daughter I get told off quite frequently for not looking after my hair properly. This takes the fuss out of getting the pugs out my hair. I have the tangle teazer which I use when my hair is dry as I find using it on wet hair tugs and pulls too much.
To go with the Wet Brush and make the perfect pairing for my hair is the Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance Leave in Conditioner, I just spray this through the lengths of my hair after I've lightly towel dried my hair. I find this leaves my hair silky soft as well as smelling pretty good too.

Third....Fashion.

So some may know that im a little obsessed with trainers, whether that's high tops, plimsolls, slip on's you name it I probably love them or have them. I have to admit I haven't really had these that long and by not that long I mean a couple of days...but they can still be a favourite right?! Im not one that is usually a big fan of animal print but when these are on your feet they just look more sparkly than the actual animal print itself. And you might be thinking Guess that's a high end brand and rather expensive and I don't think there would be any possibility that I would have been able to afford them from Guess themselves. So luckily I picked these up from my local TkMaxx at bargin of a price £18! They're super cute and go with everything and I mean they are extremely comfortable. I've been wearing these to work everyday since I got them and they really spruce my all black outfit!

Lastly....Other.

The perfume has changed my whole knowledge of scent. I thought I only liked sweet and fruity scents but it turns out I really like the darker 'sexier' scents (I think I have scent enough times). Its not the cheapest perfume in the world, but Tom Ford Velvet Orchid is fast becoming my favourite perfume of all time.
And finally the album that I cannot help but put on constant repeat James Bay Chaos and the Calm. It's not often I instantly love an album and every single song on it. I mean you have to buy it!!

See you next month x
