Something a little different a recipe that I've tried once and IM IN LOVE!

So what do you actually need to make these little blobs of heaven:
175 grams Oats (Blended to flour consistency or leave for more rustic cookie)
225 grams Peanut Butter (Microwaved for 20 seconds just to make easier to mix)
100 grams Caster Sugar
2 Tbsps. Agave Syrup
1 Egg + Egg White
A handful or two of chocolate chips
Now the super easy bung it all in method. Now that is literally all you do. Bung it all in and mix together until its sort of lumpy slight damp dough-ish consistency. It may not come together like an average cookie dough but trust me it will work. Once you have this 'dough' pinch around a tbsp. size (or smaller if you want more) and roll into a ball and place onto a lined baking tray and slightly press down on the top to make them slightly flatter. Now place them in a PRE-HEATED OVEN @ 180C for 8 minutes. This timing makes them still gooey in the middle and soft to touch when you take them out of the oven. But don't put them back in just leave them on the tray for around 10 minutes to continue cooking and then ENJOY! Equalling Yum.com
